（１）実施時期 中学生対象の英語科・国際科などの体験入学あるいは１年生のオリエンテーション、合宿など。

（５）方法
英語で地理、有名人などの常識クイズを出題し、グループで競わせる。ひとつのクイズに３つのヒントを与え、
第一ヒントで正解すれば１０点、第二ヒントで５点、第三ヒントで２点などとする。お手つきはどうするか、あるいは
生徒から出された解答について、発音などについてどこまで認めるか、など事前に確認しておく。
教師の役割は、原則として、JTE が総合司会、ALT
が問題読み上げとする。第三ヒントまで行っても解答が出ない
場合さらにその場でヒントを与える。また、解答の背景的な説明もする。尚、賞品も用意したい。
一番大変なのは問題作りであろう。生徒のレベルなどを考慮しながら、簡単すぎず難しすぎず、おもしろい
問題を用意したい。 ５０分で２０問は必要である。
