I walked around the forest of Mt. Yatsugatake covered with thick moss with one of my friends who had visited our house during the weekend..
We reached Shirakoma Pond after walking in the forest for a while.
We were amazed at red leaves of azaleas in the sun.
We climbed a rocky hill near the pond. We could see white smoke from Mt. Ontake being in eruption in the distance.
We also looked down at the beautiful pond from the top.
