My friend took us to Vaxholm which was about 40 minutes from Stockholm by car. After leaving the downtown of Stockholm, we could enjoy the nice view of narrow sea leading to Baltic Sea and beautiful houses in the black forest at both shore of the sea.
At a yacht harbor on the way to Vaxholm, a father and his sun were preparing to sail for the open sea.
Vaxholm was a beautiful small town along the sea, where we could see many old wooden housest. We crossed the sea by a ferry boat to the opposite shore.
We visited the summer house of my friend, which is located on the hill looking down the narrow strait connecting to Baltic Sea. We met all the members of his family and had a good time there
