We started our trip from flam, where is 2 meters above sea level to Myldal, 800 meters through Flam Railway. The train ran along the narrow valley, where we could see small villages..
Both sides of the valley are vertical rock walls eroded by a glacier, where we could see several thin waterfalls along the wall. The mountain at the back of the valley is partially covered by snow.
Our train stopped at Kjosfossen Waterfall for our passengers to look the wall for a short time. The tremendous amount of water is flowing along the fall. Near the fall a lady with red dress from the railway company sang a opera song to increase the solemn atmosphere.
At Myldal we finished the impressive train trip and changed the train to Bergen.
