Features four songs: "Bye Bye Baby"/"All of Me Loves All of You"/"My Teenage Heart"/"Once Upon a Star" - taped in London in March 1975 for the "Shang-A-Lang" TV shows.

Came with a music cassette (see pic below) containing the soundtrack.

"Modestly" priced at 12.000 Yen (about $100).
