The restored and renewed area is in the center.           The dry landscape garden (on the left) and the tea garden (on the right) were newly constructed            in September 1998 with the permission from the authorities concerned.           This kind of permission granted for those listed in the World Heritage is a very few exceptions.           The garden was encircled by bamboo fence, so the people couldn't get in.
