Remove the appropriate questionnaires found in the Health Check and Vaccination Handbook, fill in the necessary details and hand it into the staff at the reception desk together with your Maternal and Child Health Handbook on the vaccination or health check day.
Polio
- 3 months - 7½ years old
- Vaccination schedule: Twice, 6 weeks apart
- Children with diarrhea cannot be vaccinated.
BCG
- 3 months - 6 month years old
- Vaccination schedule: One vaccination.
DPT (Sansyu kongo)
- 6 months - 7½ years old
- 1st term: Three times, 3 to 8 weeks apart
- Additional 1st term: Once between 1 to 1 ½ years after 1st term (Three times)
Individual vaccination
Measles-Rubella vaccine
- If your child has had Measles or Rubella, he/she need not receive the vaccination.
- Informed individually.
- Receive the vaccination at a designated medical institution.
