Canon per Augmentationen in Contrario Motu
Inverted canon by Augmentation, 2 voices, 2/2 beat, 109 bars

A piece with two voices is mainly divided into the first half and the latter.
The upper voice goes ahead in the first half, and the two voices are
interchanged in the latter.

The exposition of the variant common theme is at the beginning of the
piece, and the inverted theme in lower voice, double time value to the
upper, follows it. The original theme is noted in blue at the upper column
below. Seeing the lower voice from bar 5, this piece can be said the fugue
in augmented inversion, if you think it the same as the inverted response in
Cp.7.

Please notice that ゛A゛and ゛A'゛in the music above repeats the two bar long
motif, and the counterparts of ゛A゛and ゛A' in augmented inversion below
are accompanied to ゛B゛and゛B'゛.

゛B゛and゛B'゛ take the augmented inversion form later, accompanied by the
distinctive counter themes respectively.

The ending of the first half is where the lower voice finishes repeating the
upper voice as far as bar 24 , and then the latter half begins with switching
two voices by double counterpoint at eighth degree.

The fugue in the latter half is exactly the same as the first half, so the
explanation is omitted here.

Lastly, you see the thematic exposition again in the Coda.
